• Revathi C850E Model drill is a crawler mounted, self propelled, multi pass, hydraulically operated blast hole drilling rig with following specifications
• Drilling Capacity 311 to 349 mm (12 ¼” to 13 ¾” ) dia. holes as Rotary Drilling. Drilling depth 60 mtrs (200 ft).
• Mounting Heavy duty tracks with adequate supporting rollers on both sides. Each track driven by an independent hydraulic motor.
• Mast Heavy duty structural steel construction. Mast height suitable for handling drill pipes of 15.24 mtrs ( 50 ft ) long.
• Feed Heavy duty twin hydraulic motors with twin chain system with micro feed control
• Rotary Head Twin hydraulic motors with spur gear reduction system.
• Air Compressor Single stage, oil flooded, screw type with capacity of 1600 cfm (45 m³/min) and working pressure 100 psi.
• Power Unit Electric Motor as Prime Mover for driving compressor and hydraulic system.
• Leveling Jacks    Heavy duty, four nos. hydraulic jacks with check valves.
• Dust Control Options of twin cyclone, high efficiency dry type dust control system or Non Visible Emission (NVE) dust control system available.
• Drill Pipe Handling Hydraulic barrel loader to hold upto four drill pipes of sizes 10 ¾” (273 mm) dia. and 50 ft (15.24 mtrs) long
• Controls All controls centralised for single man operation.
